About: Does traditional meditation leave you feeling empty?

Embodii is for nervous systems that crave fullness.

It aims to help them sleep deeper, reduce anxiety, and live fully. Founded by therapists, it is on a mission to help people ​avoid the mindfulness traps of transcendent meditation and make elite embodiment therapy accessible to everyone. It exists ​to help people with trauma expand their sense of physiological safety through clinically vetted practices.

Launching soon: Embodii’s first series, Heart of Honey, is designed to help people turn heartbreak into fullness, will launch ​soon. It is a 4-part series, released weekly.

Founded by Therapists: To access the healing benefits of embodiment in an environment of physiological safety, Embodii is ​founded on the belief that an interplay of the sacred and the scientific must co-exist. For that reason, all Embodii practices ​are vetted by therapists with appropriate clinical credentials.

Social Impact: Embodii is committed to making a positive impact on society by contributing to the global initiative to end ​hunger. By providing one meal/month per monthly subscription or 15 meals/year per annual subscription, Embodii strives to ​support a sustainable stream of giving that does not rely on donations.
